​All main classes are at Semtex Gym in Swanley, a short journey from central London. 

We aim to empower our students to achieve a healthier, happier, and more productive life through martial arts. We judge students on their individual advancement and performance during sessions and tailor our coaching according to your individual abilities. Our culture is one where we all help each other and look out for each other- from complete beginners to advanced competitors. All age groups, genders, skill levels, and fitness levels are welcome.
